Objective

This course will enable delegates to undertake effective quality management systems (QMS) audits and understand the requirements of an ISO 9001:2000 management system.

Those responsible for carrying out audits or leading teams of auditors for internal or external audits. Individuals tasked with co-ordinating customer-supplier or certification body audits in their own organization.
